Fuel Press. gauge installed.............Have questions

See my post under "Dyno coming up..." I jsut went to the dyno with about the exact same setup, except I'm running the JR upgrade crank pulley instead of a stepper pulley. Definitely tune with a wideband O2 monitor. I'm sure as hell glad I did given what my Cartech seemed to want to do. Oh yeah, my FP readings are from the B&M gauge for reference.

Put the autometer electronic fuel pressure gauge in the car today,well grand600 did,and I get two differant readings from my B&M guage under the hood and the autometer inside the car. The B&M gauge reads 39psi at idle and the Autometer reads about 31psi at idle.Which one should I go by to set my fuel pressure?

I am running Jim's 9psi pulley on my '99 GSR.
My fuel pressure at wide open throttle is pegged at 100psi.

My car is set up with the 9psi pulley, Prelude 290cc Injectors, Cartech FMU, AEM FPR, JR Water injection, JR MAP Mod.
Stock exhaust and header.

What fuel pressure should I be running with this setup. Max fuel press,Static fuel press, and how I need to do it (vacuum line on and off, ect....).
